To The Stars/Written in the Stars

 Be a star.

 The sight of stars makes everything else fade away.

I was looking up at the gorgeous night sky that night outside of my mom's house, staring at all the amazing stars completely wonderstruck when this random thought popped into my head popped into my head. People always say love is written in the stars like destiny. 

Well maybe that statement isn't too far off.

What we see as one star is actually hundreds of stars.

Sometimes we become amazed by one star and don't want to take the time to view the rest in our vast, infinite universe.

When really there is a brighter star meant to make our dreams come true, our star that takes longer to find and a world of patience, but if we wait and search and pray and don't give up, we'll find the star that is more beautiful than all the stars in the sky to us...

The star we never want to look away from.

The star that will provide light in our darkest days.

The star we want to gaze at for the rest of our lives, the rest of forever.

That star will help us shine brighter and that light (love) will never die or fade away.

Sadly, many people are too impatient to find that star and settle for another star, for a dimmer star. 

The universe is a big place and some people get lonely and settle.

Others give up.

Some stars die out.

One just needs to see the whole picture.

To quit comparing one star to the others.

To only care about the star that lights up you life.

Sometimes we can't and have to rely on faith.

Faith and God will never fail us.

Seeing isn't really always believing.

Believing is seeing... 

And without the darkness, we wouldn't see the stars, wouldn't find our star.
